Our Signature Philippine Hilot Massage involves a medium deep tissue massage where our expert massage therapists use rapid mixed with slower moving finger and hand pressure over various pressure points throughout the back and legs. It is a full body massage which also relaxes tension in the head and neck. Philippine Hilot massage stimulates the body, aids digestion, neural communication, improves blood circulation, relaxes muscles and prevents stiffness and spasms. Hilot massage also speeds up skin exfoliation and promotes cell regeneration.

Japanese Shiatsu Massage

Firm Pressure Deep Tissue Massage *
Firmer pressure massage designed to release built-up stress and toxins from muscles and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Our expert massage therapists use slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury. People often feel sore for one to two days after deep tissue massage. Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork that uses localized finger pressure in a rhythmic sequence on acupuncture meridians.

Recommended for relief of chronic pain, utilizing various techniques and modalities as it targets the specific muscle group(s) affected. Like Shiatsu, Thai massage aligns the energies of the body using gentle pressure on specific points. Thai massage also includes compressions and stretches. Our expert therapists move and stretch you into a sequence of postures. Thai massage is more energizing than other forms of massage. It is also reduces stress and improves flexibility and range of motion.
